23、nshould: beascompleteasnecessarywithinthelimitsspecifiedbythescope; beconsistentandaccurate; takeintoaccountthestateoftheart; becomprehensibletoqualifiedpersonswhohavenotparticipatedinitspreparation; takeintoaccountoperational , safetyandmaintenanceaspectsrelatedtothetotallifecycle. 25、yofstructure,styleand terminology shouldbemaintainedwithineachfunctionalspecification,andwithinanyseriesofassociatedfunctional specifications.Thesameterminologyshouldbeusedthroughout,andsynonymsshouldbeavoided. Thetitleshouldbecomposedofseparateelements,eachasshortaspossible ,proceedingfromthegeneraltothe particular.Notmorethanthefollowingthreeelementsshould beused: a) anintroductoryelementindicatingthegeneralfieldtowhichthefunctionalspecificationbelongs; b) amainelementindicatingtheprincipalsu

36、bjecttreatedwithinthatgeneralfield; c) acomplementaryelementindicatingtheparticularaspectoftheprincipalsubjectorgivingdetails which distinguishthedocumentfromanyotherfunctionalspecificationsorotherpartsofthesamefunctional specification. 5.3.2Scope Thiselementshoulddefinethesubjectmatteroftheaspect(s

37、)coveredandindicateanylimitsofapplicability. 5.3.3Normativereferences Thisoptionalelementshallgivealistofthenormativedocumentstowhichreferenceismadeinthestandardin such a way as to make them indispensable fortheapplicationofthestandard.Fordatedreferences,eachshallbe givenwithitsyearofpublication,ori

Theserequirementsshould include: allcharacteristicsandparametersrelevanttotheperformanceoftheproduct,process orservicecoveredby thefunctionalspecification,eitherexplicitlyorbyrefer

43、ence; therequiredlimitingvaluesofquantifiablecharacteristics; thedescriptionoftheprocessinorforwhichtheproduct,processorserviceisused; handling,storageandtransportation; criticalparametersand/oraspects,ifany; anypreservativerequirement(s); theproduct,processorserviceacceptancecriteria.
