49、tural style in which business and IT systems are designed in terms of services available at an interface and the outcomes of these services. A service (see ISO/IEC 18384-1:2016, 3.20) is a logical representation of a set of activities that has specified outcomes, is self-contained and may be composed of other services but consumers of the service need not be aware of any internal structure.
