2、rvices and Procurement Canada. CGSB is engaged in the production of voluntary standards in a wide range of subject areas through the media of standards committees and the consensus process. The standards committees are composed of representatives of relevant interests including producers, consumers

3、and other users, retailers, governments, educational institutions, technical, professional and trade societies, and research and testing organizations. Any given standard is developed on the consensus of views expressed by such representatives.CGSB has been accredited by the Standards Council of Can

4、ada as a national standards-development organization. The standards that it develops and offers as National Standards of Canada conform to the criteria and procedures established for this purpose by the Standards Council of Canada. In addition to standards it publishes as National Standards of Canad

5、a, CGSB produces standards to meet particular needs, in response to requests from a variety of sources in both the public and private sectors. Both CGSB standards and CGSB national standards are developed in conformance with the policies described in the CGSB Policy and Procedures Manual for the Dev

6、elopment and Maintenance of Standards.CGSB standards are subject to review and revision to ensure that they keep abreast of technological progress. 33、A, Bx and Type B, Bx, suitable for use in high-speed diesel engine powered equipment for on-road and off-road applications and in select equipment powered by medium speed diesel engines.Bx represents biodiesel fuel containing x percent by volume of biodiesel component in the range of 1.0 to 5.Type A

34、, Bx is intended for use in selected applications such as urban buses, underground mining or when ambient temperatures require better low temperature properties than provided by Type B, Bx.Fuel meeting this standard may be used for underground mining applications that were formerly covered by CAN /

35、CGSB-3.16 (See footnote a and Annex C for notes related to the flashpoint).Users of fuel meeting this standard are advised to refer to the owners manual of their vehicle, engine or equipment, or to consult with their equipments manufacturer, regarding the suitability of the specific fuel blend prior
