The impact test shall be conducted on the samples superstrate and polymeric material functioning as the enclosure of a part with potentia
28、l fire or electric shock risk.Note: Figure 1 illustrates the test sequences described in this Standard.10.10B.2In compliance with the requirements of the accessibility test, MST 11, there shall be no accessible live parts when a module is impacted (see Clause 10.10B.3). 31、 the impact shall be focused on the module at its most vulnerable point. A 6.78 J impact, normal to the surface, resulting from a 51 mm diameter, 535 g smooth steel ball falling through a distance of 1.295 m, shall be directed at this point on the module. In the event that module construction does n
32、ot enable this location to be impacted by the free-falling ball from above, then the ball shall be suspended and permitted to fall 1.295 m through the vertical distance in a pendulum motion, with the direction of impact normal to the surface. 10.10B.4Test temperatures of 25 C and 30 C shall be used
33、when conducting the impact test specified in Clause 10.10B.3. Glass superstrates shall only be tested at 25 C.10.10C Wiring compartment securement test 10.10C.1When conducting the wiring compartment securement test as specified in Clauses 10.10C.2 and 10.10C.3, the tensile force applied shall be equ
34、al to 155.7 N or 4 times the wiring compartment weight, whichever is greater. 10.10C.2Three test samples, consisting of the wiring compartment fastened to the module using adhesive, shall be tested as follows:a) one sample shall be tested after completing the humidity/freeze test, MST 52;b) one samp
