Its provisions assist those who build testsuites, those who build SGML systems to be eval-uated by such

47、 suites, and those who examine anSGMLsystemsperformanceon atest suiteaspartof the process of selecting an SGML tool.In particular, this standard includes: criteria for the organization of test suites,including naming conventions, documentationconventions, and specification of applicable con-crete sy

Among otheradvantages, these conventions facilitate anynon-SGML automatic processing that may beconvenient for the developers or the users of thetests;NOTE An example of such non-SGML processing issorting tests by name. a standard form for describing test resultsthat makes clear
