This application form covers explicitly radio requirements. The access requirements related

4、to the public switched network must be addressed in addition. The application form shall be completed by the applicant and submitted to a test laboratory accredited in accordance with EN45001 or IS0 guide 25 or a national standard conforming to EN45001 or IS0 guide 25. Any clause number given as ref

5、erence in this application form refers to I-ETS 300 235. PLEABE READ THE FOLLowIN NOTES: Note (al The applicant shall submit one set of equipment (set of Cordless Fixed Part (CFP) and Cordless Portable (CPP) with standard antennas for field measurements and one set of equipment modified with antenna

6、 connectors for conducted measurements, in accordance to note (c) below. If the equipment is fitted with internal antenna connectors for test purposes only one set of equipment may be required. If internal antenna connectors are provided for test purposes, mean for disabling of the integral antenna

Note (b) Applicants may wish to offer an equipment of the same basic design in a number of different styles with the same RF characteristics. This is subsequently referred to as a family of equipment. Each member of the family mus

8、t be given a unique type designation. EauiDment with diffaring optional features If an applicant wishes to obtain type approval for a family of equipment derived from the same basic design, on the basis of a single set of test results, then the following considerations shall be observed: 1) any oper

9、ational feature relevant for the family of equipment, shall be clearly defined by the applicant at the time of application. Where the type approval authority consider the features relevant to the RF- parameters of the equipment, it shall be included in the test. 2) each equipment in the family shall

10、 carry a unique type designation. Based on the description above, the regulatory authority decides, which member(s) of the family of equipment must be tested. ACCESSORIES It is the applicants responsibility, when submitting equipment to the test laboratory, to provide appropriate connectors to facil

11、itate connection of test equipment by the test laboratory to the equipment under test. This may be provided via a test interface; 3) acces

12、s to the equipment modulator audio input; 4) access to the receiver audio output. If the equipment has more than one audio output then suitable connectors for these may be provided. It is not permissible to access the receiver audio output in parallel with loudspeaker. If the audio output carries E-
