This Recommendation provides general tariff and accounting principles for the earl!- implementation of packet mode services for terminals operating with the existing X.75 interface as n-ell as TE1 ISDS terminals. 2. This Recommendation covers charging princ
3、iples for on demand/semi-permanent access -ia B-and D-channel3 to either a port of the X.25 network or to a Packet Handler iP.H.1 in accordance with CEPT/T/CXC S 10-07 E. For the B-channel access two methods for layer 7 activation are included. For the D-channel access three methods for layer 7 acti

It is however recognized that some networks may not rtiquirc specific subscription to the Packet Ser- vices since it may be offered as an alternative for general ISDN subscription.
