Requiring that all naturai or legai persons placing radio equipment on the market ensure that such equipment conforms to the regulations and technical requirements in force, 2. Prohibiting the possession, use, import, sale or d
5、istribution of radio equipment which does not conform to the relevant regulations and technical requirements, 3.
