The standards that it develops and offers as National Standards of Canada conform to the criteria and procedures established for this purpose by the Standards Council of Canada. In addition to standards it publ

CGSB standards and specifications, and nationai standards developed by CGSB, are developed in conformance with the

CGSB specifications are subject to review and revision at any t

TESTING Sampling and testing shall be performed as given in the applicable inspection and product standards manuals of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (par. 2.1.2). Defect definitions a

Type and species of canned fish (Table 1) b. How the fish shall be processed and presented (Table I) c. Whether canned tuna shall be whi
