44、 been heat processed to commercial sterility (by ultra high temperature or equivalent), and that have been packaged under aseptic conditions in commercially sterile containers. Products Having an Extended Shelf-Life (Milk or Cream) - Products that may have been heat processed to commercial sterility

45、 (by ultra high temperature or equivalent), but which have not been packaged under aseptic conditions andlor that have not been packaged in commercially sterile containers. Sterilization (UHT) Process - A heat process using approved equipment as given in par.6.3.1 and a combination of time and tempe

46、rature (above 100C) that is sufficient to kill all the organisms present (commercial sterility). CLASSIFICATION Milk and cream to this specification shall be supplied in the following types according to the milk fat content, as specified (par. 9.1): Types of Milk Whole milk, milk fat content 3.2570,
