23、 7.2 PROCEDURE Condition the fabric in accordance with CANICGSB-4.2 NO. 2-M. Lay the fabric flat, without tension or distortion, on a smooth well-illuminated surface. Place the pick counter or scale on the specimen perpendicular to the wales (or courses), and count the number of wales (or courses) i

24、n an exact length. If there are more than 10 wales (courses)/cm, count the number of wales (or courses) in 5cm. If there are fewer than 10 wales (courses)Icm, count the number of wales (or courses) in 10cm. Make at least five countings in each direction at different places in the fabric; no two coun

25、tings shall include the same wales or courses. If the precision with which the fabric count is to be determined is specified, refer to CANICGSB-4.2 No. l-M to determine the number of countings required. If this is not known, at least five countings shall be taken. No counting shall be made within 5c

26、m of an edge. REPORT Report the following information: The average number of wales and average number of courses per centimetre (Note 1). The measuring distance used. Sil y a moins de lOctes (ou courses)/cm, compter le nombre de ctes (ou courses) dans une longueur de 1 O cm. Effectuer au moins cinq relevs

30、 dans chaque direction, diffrents endroits sur le tricot. II ne doit pas y avoir deux relevs qui comprennent les mmes ctes ou courses. Lorsque la prcision avec laquelle la contexture doit tre dtermine est prcise, se reporter CANICGSB-4.2 No 1-M, afin de determiner le nombre de relevs effectuer. Si c
