48、 49=33-M84 Fabric stretch shall be tested according to the Apparatus and Procedure in ASTM D 2594. How- ever, the Preparation of Specimens shall be modified as follows. From the garment to be tested cut five specimens 127 2 3 mm by 393 2 8 mm so that the long dimension is parallel-to the horizontal direction of the intended wear position. After cutting, prepare the specimens according to the ASTM D 2594 procedure and then determine the stretch percentages under a load of 10 g/mm width of fabric specimen.
