38、s of sizes D 10 mm are to be supplied with thread undercut, the symbol Ri shall be included in the designation, e.g.: Domed cap nut DIN 1587 M8 Ri 6 Designation of domed cap nuts of sizes M12 with thread undercut X, e.g. for size M12: Domed cap nut DIN 1587 M12 X 6 Where a specific product grade is

39、required, the letter denoting the grade shall be included in the designation, e.g.: Domed cap nut DIN 1587 M8 6 A 6 Marking Marking of domed cap nuts shall be in accordance with DIN EN ISO 898-2, DIN EN ISO 3506-2 and DIN EN 28839. Markings on the nut bearing faces are only permitted if they are applied by indenting.
