18、specified in DIN 18299, clause 0. Without this information, a specification of works as required in 7 ff., 7 EU ff. or 7 VS ff.of VOB/A (DIN 1960) cannot be properly drawn up. This information does not form part of the contract. The specification of works shall, in particular, include the following
19、information as and when applicable. 0.1 Site information 0.1.1 Type, year of construction, past uses of all structures and technical installations to be demolished or dismantled and their type(s) of contamination. 0.1.2 Structural systems and types of construction of all structures and technical ins
20、tallations to be demolished or dismantled. 0.1.3 Depths and types of foundation of, and loads from, neighbouring structures. 30、is not permitted beyond the exact length specified. 0.4 Details of associated tasks and special tasks No details are required supplementary to those given in DIN 18299, subclause 0.4. 0.5 Accounting of works In the specification of works, accounting of works shall be based on the following: 0.5.2 Vo
31、lume (m3), accounted for separately according to type of construction and dimensions: foundations, slabs, floors, walls, supports, columns, beams, joists, trusses, rafters and the like, abutments, ramps, stairs, fluids. 0.5.2 Area (m2), accounted for separately according to type of construction and
32、dimensions: building components walls, floors, slabs, foundations, floor, wall and ceiling coverings, plaster, tiles, screed, insulating materials, linings, facings, roofing materials, partitions, cut surfaces cut surfaces produced by sawing, thermal cutting, according to cut surface, high pressure
33、cutting, water jetting, according to cut surface, milling and grinding. 0.5.3 Area (cm2), accounted for separately according to type of construction and dimensions, for individual cut surfaces and cross sections of steel cuttings. DIN 18459:2016-09 7 0.5.4 Length (m), accounted for separately accord
34、ing to type of construction and dimensions: railings, balustrades, parapets, pipes, surrounds, bores, recesses, chases, full cuts. 0.5.5 Number of items, accounted for separately according to type of construction and dimensions: windows, doors, penetrations in walls and floors, vessels, tanks, radia
35、tors, heating installations and the like, luminaires, fluorescent tubes, condensers. 0.5.6 Mass (kg, t), accounted for separately according to material. 1 Scope 1.1 This standard deals with the partial or complete demolition or dismantling of structures and technical installations. It also applies t
36、o the handling (hauling, storage and loading) of demolished or dismantled building components and equipment and to all demolition materials and components recovered. 1.2 This standard does not cover: earthwork (see DIN 18300), clearing of vegetation (see DIN 18320). 1.3 DIN 18299, clauses 1 to 5 sha
37、ll also apply. In cases where the specifications of DIN 18299 contradict the present standard, DIN 18459 shall take precedence. 2 Materials and components The specifications of DIN 18299, clause 2 shall be supplemented as follows: 2.1 Demolition debris, salvaged materials and components obtained fro

DIN 18459:2016-09 8 3 Execution of work The specifications of DIN 18299, clause 3 shall be supplemented as follows: 3.1 General 3.1.
40、1 For the execution of work in particular the following specifications apply: DIN 1054 DIN 4123 DIN 4150 (all parts) DIN 18007 DIN 18920 DIN EN 1997-1 DIN EN 1997-1/NA 3.1.2 Reservations according to VOB/B (DIN 1961), 4, clause 3 could involve in particular the following: any discrepancies between t
41、he conditions on site and the specifications, the condition of the ground if this is of inadequate strength. 3.1.3 The choice of technique used and scheduling of the work, and the type and deployment of the equipment shall be left to the contractor. Prior to commencing work, the contractor shall inf
42、orm the client in writing of the technique to be used and the planned procedures. 3.1.4 Endangered structures shall be made safe in accordance with DIN 4123. The instructions of the owners or other authorized persons shall be followed when taking measures for the protection of structures, pipes, cab
43、les, ducts, drains and sewers in the site area. The necessary work counts as special tasks (see subclause 4.2.1). 3.1.5 Where the location of pipes, cables, drains and sewers, ducts, bench marks, obstacles and other structures is unknown before work starts, this shall be established. The work involv
44、ed in locating such shall count as a special task (see subclause 4.2.1). 3.1.6 Should unexpected obstacles be encountered, such as undeclared pipes, ducts, cables, drains and sewers, survey marks and other installations, the client shall be notified immediately. Special measures shall be taken in ag
45、reement with the client. If work is necessary as a result, this shall count as a special task (see subclause 4.2.1). 3.1.7 Endangered trees or other vegetation shall be made safe in accordance with DIN 18920. The work involved counts as a special task (see subclause 4.2.1). DIN 18459:2016-09 9 3.2 P
46、reparation of construction site 3.2.1 Boundary stones and survey marks may be removed only with the clients consent. The clients datums established for the site shall be guaranteed by other points before they are removed. 3.2.2 No more growth than agreed shall be removed without the clients consent.
47、 3.3 Procedure 3.3.1 The work shall be executed using the technique selected as in subclause 3.1.3. Precautionary measures shall be taken to prevent unplanned collapse. Stability shall be ensured at all work stages up to the time at which controlled demolition or dismantling takes place. 3.3.2 Shoul
48、d hazards occur during the course of work (e.g. incursion of water, ground heave, uplift or damage to structures), the contractor shall notify the client without delay. If there is imminent danger, the contractor shall immediately take the measures necessary to prevent damage. Further action shall be agreed between client and contractor. Unless the contractor is at fault, the necessary work counts as a special task (see subclause 4.2.1). 3.3.3 If during the execution of work the contractor encounters conditions other than those declared in
