Details concerning modified versi
15、ons or other types of thermoplastics shall be subject to agreement between customer and supplier. NOTE: Thermoplastics have a greater coefficient of linear thermal expansion than metals. In addition, plastics of types PA 6, cast PA 6 and PA 66 absorb more moisture than the other types listed above,
16、and will therefore also increase in volume. Page 4 DIN 1850-6 : 1998-07 The tolerances and fits specified in this standard consider the following: a) The bearing clearance allows for a working temperature of -10 to +50 “C and a relative humidity of between 20 and 1 O0 YO. b) The interference fit of
17、the bearing depends on the tolerance on d, and the fit is maintained at working temperatures of -1 O to +50 “C. c) The shaft and bush are made from steel or from material with a similar coefficient of linear thermal expansion. Where different service conditions prevail, the clearance and the method
18、of fitting the bearing shall be checked. The tolerances given here apply to bearings in a conditioned state, .e., they have reached a temperature and moisture content which correspond to those of a DIN 5001 4 - 23/50-2 standard atmosphere. Bearings made from thermoplastics of type PA 6, cast PA 6 or
19、 PA 66 must be kept in the atmosphere given above (cf. DIN 50014 - 23/50-2) or under airtight seal. 5 Design and finish The edges of the bearing shall be free of burrs with a D 3 type finish as specified in DIN 6784. The edges of the bore shall be chamfered or rounded so that the outside of the bear

The width of ring gauges shall be greater than that of the bearing. For gauging, equipment is recommended which permits bores to be measured which are not absolutely cylin- drical.
