25、1)Applicable product standard to be designated here. 6 DIN 267-28:2009-09 5 Requirements 5.1 General In processes with molten polyamide coatings suitable for use at service temperatures up to 120 C, short term, local process temperatures of approximately 220 C to 230 C are generated on the coated pa

26、rts. In the case of coatings for service temperatures of 150 C to 200 C, the process temperatures generated can be significantly higher. This can adversely affect the functional properties of coated surfaces. In particular, the corrosion resistance can be impaired. Locking coatings cannot prevent th

27、e assembly from working loose, but they prevent the complete detachment of the individual components. 5.2 Bonding strength Unless the requirements specified in Table 1 are met, the locking coating shall not detach itself from the surface. Where locking coatings are applied on surfaces with incorpora

28、ted and/or additionally applied lubricants, the bonding strength can be adversely affected, which may result in the detachment of the locking coating during the initial engagement or reduce the capability of multiple bolting. Adequate bonding strength is ensured as long as the values specified in Ta

29、ble 1 are maintained after unscrewing the third time (3rddisengagement). If only the first loosening torque is reached, values are subject to agreement between the manufacturer of the coating and the user. 5.3 Test tightening torques 5.3.1 Testing with preload When bolts are tested with preload as s

30、pecified in Clause 6, the limiting values of the test torques at ambient temperature (23 5) C), at 120 C and, for special applications, at 150 C or at 200 C given in Table 1 shall be met. 7 DIN 267-28:2009-09 Table 1 Test torques at ambient temperature, 120 C, 150 C and 200 C (with preload) Screw-in

35、hall be complied with. 6.2 Service temperature of bolts with locking coating Bolts with a locking coating are normally designed for use at service temperatures ranging from 50 C to +120 C and, in special applications, from 50 C to +150 C or from 50 C to +200 C. 6.3 Procedure The bolt to be tested sh

37、e relevant MAvalue according to Table 1 is reached. The thickness of the blocks or spacer sleeve shall be selected so that the nut thread is in complete contact with the coated zone. During engagement, the maximum screw-in torque shall be measured. After a period of at least 15 seconds, the bolt sha

38、ll be loosened by turning it through 360, followed by a further turn through 360 at a maximum rate of 30 min1, and the maximum loosening torque Moutshall be measured. The bolt shall be fully unscrewed and engaged again, without subjecting the assembly to stress (i.e. without pre-tightening the bolt)

39、. 8 DIN 267-28:2009-09 For tests at a temperature of 150 C or 200 C, the assembly shown in Figure 4 should be used, with washers as in DIN EN ISO 7089 to protect both bolt head and nut. For tests at elevated temperatures, the bolts shall be tightened, heated for one hour to reach test temperature, e

The hardness of the washer shall be in the range between 200 HV and 300 HV, and its surface shall be bright and free from grease. 6.4.4 Torque meter Torques shall be determined with a torque meter. The torque m

In arbitration cases, the device shall be chosen so that all values can be read off in

After reaching the test temperature the oven sh

The test specimen shall be removed from the oven after the test period has expired. 7 Miscellaneous functions 7.1 Sealing function Apart from their locking capacity, locking coatings of type KLR are also suitable for sealing purposes.
