The common (and geometricallyfeasible)

15、 combinations of mixer mounting flange, drive train housing and mixer capacity are given in table 1,whereas tables 2 and 3 specify the dimensions of flanges as a function of housing bottom size and mixershaft diameter, respectively. Figure 3 shows a flange (type G as in DIN EN 1092-1) enlarged at th

16、e bore.This standard specifies six types of connecting flange:a) flanges which fit types AG and BG mixer mounting flanges as in DIN 28137-1: type A: for type A shaft ends as in DIN 28154 and as in DIN 28156 (see figure 4); type B: for type B shaft ends as in DIN 28154 (see figure 5); type C: for typ

17、e C shaft ends as in DIN 28154 (see figure 6);b) flanges which fit types AN and BN mixer mounting flanges as in DIN 28137-1: type D: for type A shaft ends as in DIN 28154 and shaft ends as in DIN 28156 (see figure 7); type E: for type B shaft ends as in DIN 28154 (see figure 8); type F: for type C s

18、haft ends as in DIN 28154 (see figure 9).The dimensions of connecting flanges designed to fit types CGO, CGU and CN mixer mounting flanges asin DIN 28137-1 shall be subject to agreement.Tolerances shall be in compliance with DIN 28030-2, DIN 28161 or DIN EN 1092-1. Where no tolerances arespecified i

They are designed to accommodate mecha

32、nical seals or gland stuffingboxes as in DIN 28138-1 and DIN 28163, respectively, and to be fitted with mixer shafts as specified inDIN 28154 or DIN 28156.Connecting flanges allow the combination of mixer flanges with mechanical seals or gland stuffing boxes anddrive train housings of various sizes.
