Amendments This standard differs from the April 1990 edition in that diameterd has been changed for sizes M12 and M16 in accordance with DIN EN 20273 (medium series), and references have been updated. As compared with the January 2000 edition, a printing error has

13、cal delivery conditions 4.1 Material Washers shall be made of steel, the steel grade being at the manufacturers discretion. The hardness shall be 100 to 250 HV 10. 4.2 Surface finish Washers shall have a bright surface finish, be free from burr, and be electroplated as specified in DIN 267-1 O or ho

14、t-dip galvanized as specified in DIN EN IS0 4042. 4.3 Acceptance inspection Acceptance inspection shall be undertaken on the lines of DIN EN IS0 3269. The acceptable quality level (AQL) for the major characteristics shall be as specified in table 2.
