8、The 15 test specimens per diameter combination (longitudinal/transverse bar) according to Table 11 shall be taken from different bars with the same diameter combination and each have one welded intersection. The welded fabric test specimens shall be tested with a maximum stress of 300 MPa. Simplifie
9、d proof of the fatigue strength can be provided as follows. Ten test specimens per diameter combination shall be tested with a stress range of 2 a= 100 MPa and 5 test specimens with a stress range of 2 a= 180 MPa. 5.3.3.4 Lattice girders No proof of the fatigue strength of lattice girders according
10、to this standard is required. 5.3.4 Assessment, reporting and measures 5.3.4.1 General The independent third-party inspection agency shall prepare a report on the initial type testing and initial inspection and forward it to the works. All the individual values and the data specified in DIN 18200 sh
11、all be given in this report. For each test plan, the test results shall be statistically evaluated using suitable methods (e.g. graphically). If an incorrect result occurs for a maximum of one property, the initial type testing of this property may be repeated. In all other cases, the whole test sha
12、ll be repeated. If the results for either the normal properties or the fatigue strength show that the products do not meet the requirements, the relevant reinforcing steel product shall not be certified according to this standard. The manufacturer or fabricator shall take suitable measures to correc
13、t the recognized shortcomings. The measures depend on the type and implications of the recognized shortcomings and may include amendments to the manufacturing, fabrication or test conditions. The reinforcing steel products shall be regarded as manufactured according to the conditions if the results
14、of the initial type testing meet the requirements of the standard. The coil material requirements regarding Agt, Rm/Reand fRare regarded as having been met if all the individual results attain at least the following values: Agt(A) 3,0 %, Agt(B) 5,5 %, Rm/Re(A) 1,06, Rm/Re (B) 1,08, hot rolled and co

At least 9 samples shall undergo up to 2,0 106load cycles. In addition, in the 8 test specimens tested with a stress range of 2
17、a= 200 MPa, there shall be no fractures with less than 0,75 106load cycles, a maximum of 1 fracture between 0,75 106and 1,0 106load cycles and a maximum of 2 fractures between 1,0 106and 2,0 106load cycles, if there was 1 fracture with less than 1,0 106load cycles or a maximum of 3 fractures between

25、random testing 5.4.1 General The independent third-party inspection shall be carried out according to DIN 18200 with the amendments and supplementary specifications listed in this standard. The independent third-party inspection shall generally be carried out quarterly as follows (decoiled products
26、twice a year): a) inspection of the manufacturers or fabricators internal production control system to prove that it is continuing to function satisfactorily; b) taking and testing of test specimens according to 5.4.2; c) if the production subjected to inspection as specified in this standard is sus
27、pended for more than 12 months, the initial type testing as specified in 5.3 shall be repeated when production is resumed. Alternatively, proof of continuous production for the delivery forms specified in this standard can be provided according to other equivalent standards. If production is suspend
28、ed longer than 3 years (the Deutsches Institut fr Bautechnik shall be informed of this by the certification body) the works identification mark loses its validity; d) the initial type testing as specified in 5.3 shall be carried out if production facilities have been substantially modified compared
29、with the conditions under which the initial type testing was performed. 22 DIN 488-6:2010-01 5.4.2 Random testing of test specimens taken in the works 5.4.2.1 Bars, coils and reinforcing wire coils and bars 5.4.2.1.1 Normal properties Proof of the normal properties shall be provided by taking and te
30、sting test specimens as indicated in Tables 15 and 16. 33、that as large a number as possible of diameters are tested over a period of five years. 23 DIN 488-6:2010-01 5.4.2.1.2 Fatigue strength Five test speciments of one diameter of different bars and coils shall be taken once a year. This shall be done in such a way that over a period of 5 years the maxi
34、mum number and spectrum of diameters in the diameter range of the manufacturer is covered. The fatigue test shall be carried out at a maximum stress of 300 MPa and a stress range of: 2 a= 175 MPa for bars and coils of 28 mm diameter, 2 a= 145 MPa for bars of 28 mm diameter. The test is regarded as h
35、aving been successful if a maximum of one test specimen fails with less than 2 106load cycles and 4 test specimens undergo 2 106load cycles. A retest is only possible if a maximum of 2 test specimens fail with less than 2 106load cycles. Then, a further 5 test specimens shall be tested and no sample
36、 shall fail with less than 2 106load cycles. The test is then regarded as having been successful. If the above criteria are not met, corrective measures shall be introduced by the independent third-party inspection agency. 5.4.2.2 Decoiled products 5.4.2.2.1 Normal properties Test specimens shall be
37、 taken and tested from 3 different coils of each fabricated diameter per reinforcing steel grade and straightening method. The test plan shall be as indicated in Table 17. NOTE The test specimens should be selected so that all the machines are covered in a period of 24 months. It shall be ensured th
38、at the material of all the manufacturers and all the fabrication machines are adequately included in the testing. In the first year
40、 of production, the tests shall be carried out within 3 months of the start of production. When taking the samples, adequate account shall be taken of the maximum diameter. Sample taking shall be such that all combinations of manufacturing methods of the initial products and of types of straightenin
41、g are covered over a period of 5 years. The fatigue test shall be carried out at a maximum stress of 300 MPa and a stress range of 2 a= 175 MPa. The test is regarded as having been successful if no test specimen fails with less than 1 106load cycles and a maximum of 1 test specimen fails between 1 1
42、06and 2 106load cycles and 2 test specimens undergo 2 106load cycles. A retest is only possible if a maximum of 2 test specimens fail with less than 2 106load cycles.
