7、2:1984-11 as follows: a) the standard has been completely revised; b) in Table 1, the range of diameters has been extended to cover bearings with diameter d from 630 mm to 1 800 mm; within the range of diameters included so far, some types have been added; c) a reinforced design has been specified f

9、1 Scope This standard specifies dimensions and symbols for double row, radial spherical roller bearings. To satisfy practical needs of bearing users, this standard specifies radial spherical roller bearings in sizes selected in accordance with the general dimension plan given in DIN 616. 2 Normative

14、neral The designs shown are for illustrative purposes only; however, the dimensions of double row, radial spherical roller bearings shall be as specified. Details of the inner design are not standardized. The symbols used shall comply with DIN 623-1. 4.2 Types The bearing design may differ according
15、 to the type of guidance of the rolling elements (fixed, movable, or without ribs). For ease of lubrication, the outer ring of the bearing is normally provided with a lubrication groove and holes. Other designs are, however, permitted. In the designation for ordering, the manufacturer need not neces
16、sarily indicate whether bearings are provided with a lubrication groove and holes. Where, in certain applications it must be possible to lubricate the bearings in use, this is to be indicated by adding an “S” in the designation (cf. 4.3). DIN 635-2:2009-01 5 Bearings in which 35 mm d 100 mm are to b
17、e of the reinforced type (i.e. they are to have a higher load rating, to be denoted by “E” in the designation).
