7、) of DIN, in which representatives of vehicle, wheel and axle manufacturers, and technical inspection bodies participate. This standard corresponds in part to International Standard ISO 4107, Commercial vehicles Wheel-hub attachment dimensions. Amendments This standard differs from DIN 74361-3:1979-
8、11 as follows: a) all figures have been updated to conform to the state of the art; b) tolerances have been updated and position tolerances have been introduced where necessary; c) symbols for dimensions have been harmonized with ISO 4107; d) Table 1: Wheel attachment 10 225 has been added; e) Table

10、It specifies the connecting dimensions and fastening components for hub-centering. Depending on the intended use, the chamfer on the centre bore can be made either on the attachment face or on both sides of the wheel disc. Disc wheels shall be marked as specified in DIN 7829. DI
33、N 74361-3:2011-07 12 4.2 Wheel nuts and wheel bolts 4.2.1 Property class and material Body of wheel nut: property class 10 as specified in DIN EN ISO 898-6, hardened and tempered to 247 to 335 HB. Thrust plate: 34CrMo4, optionally 42 CrMo4/41 Cr4, tempered to 310 to 370 HB Wheel bolts: property clas

35、ent with the user. 4.2.4 Marking The property class of nut bodies of wheel nuts with thrust plate N and of wheel nuts with short or long guide shafts, K or L, shall be marked using the clock-face type code system as specified in DIN EN ISO 898-6 and the manufacturers mark; other marks are also permi
36、tted. Thrust plates of: wheel nuts with thrust plates N: to be marked with at least one web and manufacturers mark; other marks are also permitted. Wheel nuts with guide shafts K and L: three rings with two cross-bars on right-hand and left-hand side; other marks are also permitted.
