5、 safety requirements. This standard has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 153 “Machinery intended for use with foodstuffs and feed” (Secretariat: DIN, Germany). The responsible German body involved in its preparation was the Normenausschuss Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering Standards Co

6、mmittee), Working Committee NA 060-18-02 AA Fleischverarbeitungs-maschinen of Section Nahrungsmittelmaschinen. Stakeholders were involved in the development of the standard. This standard contains specifications meeting the essential requirements set out in Annex I of the new “Machinery Directive”,

7、Directive 2006/42/EC, and which apply to machines that are either first placed on the market or commissioned within the EEA. This standard serves to facilitate proof of compliance with the essential requirements of that directive. Once this standard is cited in the Official Journal of the European U

8、nion, it is deemed a “harmonized” standard and thus, a manufacturer applying this standard may assume compliance with the requirements of the Machinery Directive (“presumption of conformity”). The European Standards referred to in Clause 2 and in the Bibliography of the EN have been published as the

9、 corresponding DIN EN or DIN EN ISO Standards with the same number. Amendments This standard differs from DIN EN 13534:2006-12 as follows: a) the standard has been brought in line with the new Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC; b) Annex ZA (informative) “Relationship between this European Standard and

The machinery concerned and the extent to which hazards, hazardous situations and events are covered a

34、re indicated in the scope of this document. When provisions of this type C standard are different from those which are stated in type A or B standards, the provisions of this type C standard take precedence over the provisions of the other standards, for machines that have been designed and built ac

DIN EN 13534:2011-02 EN 13534:2006+A1:2010 (E) 7 1 Scope 1.1 This standard applies for curing injection machines with infeed and outfeed devices; curing injection machines with infeed and outfeed devices and loading devices. This standard does not a

36、pply to portable/hand guided curing injection devices. !deleted text“ This document deals with all significant hazards, hazardous situations and events relevant to curing injection machinery when they are used as intended and under conditions of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufac

37、turer (see Clause 4). This document is not applicable to curing injection machines which are manufactured before the date of publication of this document by CEN. 1.2 This standard covers the following types of curing injection machines: Curing injection machines consist mainly of a single or multila

38、ne curing needle station, holding down clamp, infeed and outfeed devices, machine frame and related drive system, and electrical, electronic, or pneumatic components, depending on machine type. Curing injection machines in the scope of this standard can be equipped with: infeed chute; splash guard f

39、laps; single or multi-lane curing needle bars (needle station); holding down clamp; infeed and outfeed conveyor belt; infeed and outfeed rake; interlocked transport car at the outfeed side; loading device with delivery chute. The product being processed (raw meat, game or raw fish) is fed by hand to

40、 the infeed device of the curing injection machine. The infeed device transports the product to the needle station; the product is then pressed against the infeed device by a holding down clamp. The needles of the needle station inject the curing liquid or other fluids into the product. The outfeed

41、device then transports the product away from the needle station. This standard also covers the loading devices, which can be necessary in the case of machines with high capacity and/or great height. Curing injection machines in the scope of this standard can be stationary or mobile. 1.2.1 Curing inj
