This documen

6、t is the National Annex to DIN EN 1994-1-2:2010-12 Eurocode 4: Design of composite steel and concrete structures Part 1-2: General rules Structural fire design. European Standard EN 1994-1-2:2005 allows national safety parameters, referred to as Nationally Determined Parameters (NDPs), to be specifi

7、ed for a number of points. The NDPs cover alternative verification methods, the provision of individual values and the selection of classes from designated classification systems. The relevant parts of the text are identified in the European Standard by references to the possibility of national choi

8、ce and are listed in Clause NA.2.1. This National Annex also includes non-contradictory complementary information (NCI) that is permitted by the European Commssions Guidance Paper L “Application and use of Eurocodes”, and provisions for the application of DIN EN 1994-1-2:2010-12. The provisions of t

9、his National Annex are based on investigations made and on the results of fire design analyses in accordance with DIN 4102-4 and are intended to maintain the national safety level in terms of fire safety. This National Annex is an integral part of DIN EN 1994-1-2:2010-12. DIN EN 1994-1-2/NA:2010-12

10、3 NA.1 Scope This National Annex contains national provisions relating to the structural fire design of composite steel and concrete structures that are to be taken into consideration when applying DIN EN 1994-1-2:2010-12 in Germany. This National Annex is only valid in conjunction with DIN EN 1994-

11、1-2:2010-12. NA.2 National provisions for the application of DIN EN 1994-1-2:2010-12 NA.2.1 General DIN EN 1994-1-2:2010-12 refers to the option of choosing Nationally Determined Parameters (NDPs) at the following places in the text: 1.1(16) 2.1.3(2) 2.3(1)P 2.3(2)P 2.4.2(3) 3.3.2(9) 4.1(1)P 4.3.5.1

15、eral rules Structural fire design DIN EN 1994-1-2/NA:2010-12 4 NDP re 1.1(16) Scope Re NOTE Information on concrete strength classes higher than C50/60 is given in section 6 of EN 1992-1-2. The use of these concrete strength classes may be specified in the National Annex. The limits given for streng

16、th classes in DIN EN 1994-1-2 apply. NDP re 2.1.3(2) Parametric fire exposure Re NOTE The values of 1 and 2for use in a country may be found in its National Annex. The recommended values are 1 = 200 K and 2 = 240 K. The recommended values apply. NDP re 2.3(1)P Design values of material properties Re

17、 NOTE 1 For mechanical properties of steel and concrete, the recommended values of the partial factor for the fire situation are M,fi,a= 1,0, M,fi,s= 1,0, M,fi,c= 1,0, M,fi,v= 1,0. Where modifications are required, these may be defined in the relevant National Annexes of EN 1992-1-2 and EN 1993-1-2.

18、 The recommended values apply. NDP re 2.3(2)P Design values of thermal material properties Re NOTE 1 For thermal properties of steel and concrete, the recommended value of the partial factor for the fire situation is M,fi= 1,0; where modifications are required, these may be defined in the relevant N

19、ational Annexes of EN 1992-1-2 and EN 1993-1-2. The recommended value applies. NDP re 2.4.2(3) Member analysis Re NOTE 1 An example of the variation of the reduction factor fiversus the load ratio Qk,1/Gkfor different values of the combination factor fi= 1,1according to expression (2.5), is shown in

20、 Figure 2.1 with the following assumptions: G= 1,35 and Q= 1,5. Partial factors are specified in the relevant National Annexes of EN 1990. Equations (2.5a) and (2.5b) give slightly higher values. The values specified in DIN EN 1990/NA apply. NDP re 3.3.2(9) Normal-weight concrete Re NOTE 1 The value

21、 of thermal conductivity may be set by the National Annex within the range defined by the lower and upper limits. NOTE 2 The upper limit has been derived from tests of steel-concrete composite structural elements. The use of the upper limit is recommended. The upper limit as recommended applies. NDP

22、 re 4.1(1)P Design procedures Introduction Re NOTE The decision on the use of advanced calculation models in any country may be found in the National Annex. Advanced calculation models may be used. DIN EN 1994-1-2/NA:2010-12 5 When analysing structures and parts of structures for their fire behaviou

23、r by advanced calculation methods using computing programmes, it is assumed that such programmes are validated. Annex CC of DIN EN 1991-1-2/NA:2010-12 provides some suitable validation methods. NDP re 4.3.5.1(10) Structural behaviour Re NOTE 1 Values for Leiand Letmay be defined in the National Anne

24、x. The recommended values are 0,5 and 0,7 times the system length L. The recommended values apply. NCI re 4.2 Tabulated data The values given in Tables 4.2, 4.4, 4.6 and 4.7 are minimum values for fire design purposes. They apply in addition to the specifications of DIN EN 1992-1-1. Some values for

25、the axis distances are smaller than those specified in DIN EN 1992-1-1. They should, therefore, only be used for interpolation. NCI re 5.3.1 Composite columns with partially encased steel sections The following item is added: (4) For detailing of stirrups, see also EN 1994-1-1:2004, 6.7.5.2 (2). The

26、 note shall be replaced by the following: NOTE For steel sections with a profile depth h greater than 400 mm, studs and stirrups providing connection between the steel and the encased concrete shall be arranged in two or more rows, with the transverse spacing not exceeding 200 mm. See Figure G.2 for

27、 examples. NCI re 5.3.2 Composite columns with concrete filled hollow sections Item (3) is supplemented by the following: This specification does not apply where stirrups are not required. The following should be substituted for item 5.3.2(4)P: (4)P At the column head and base, the hollow section sh

28、all be provided with at least two holes located on opposing sides. The area per pair of holes shall not be less than 6 cm2. Any holes clogged by concrete during filling shall be cleared again. NCI re Annex A Stress-strain relationships at elevated temperatures for structural steel Annex A may be use

29、d. NCI re Annex B Stress-strain relationships at elevated temperatures for concrete with siliceous aggregates Annex B may be used. NCI re Annex C Concrete stress-strain relationships adapted to natural fires with a decreasing heating branch for use in advanced calculation models Annex C may be used.

30、 DIN EN 1994-1-2/NA:2010-12 6 NCI re Annex D Model for the calculation of the fire resistance of unprotected composite slabs exposed to fire beneath the slab according to the standard temperature-time curve Annex D may be used. In this case, the structural contribution of the steel decking shall onl

31、y be taken into account (when determining the sagging or hogging moment resistance) if proof of adequate longitudinal shear resistance of the decking can be provided. For decking made of re-entrant sheeting ductile at standard temperature and with mechanical connection for shear at the upper flange,

32、 the bond strength in a fire situation may be calculated by multiplying its design value at standard temperature by 0,7 times the temperature-dependent reduction factor for the yield point of the sheeting material at the upper flange. For end connections using stud connectors, see 4.3.4.2.5. NCI re

33、Annex E Model for the calculation of the sagging and hogging moment resistances of a steel beam connected to a concrete slab and exposed to fire beneath the concrete slab Annex E may be used. NCI re Annex F Model for the calculation of the sagging and hogging moment resistances of a partially encase

34、d steel beam connected to a concrete slab and exposed to fire beneath the concrete slab according to the standard temperature-time curve Annex F may be used. NCI re Annex G Balanced summation model for the calculation of the fire resistance of composite columns with partially encased steel sections,

35、 for bending around the weak axis, exposed to fire all around the column according to the standard temperature-time curve Annex G may be used. NOTE The term weak axis refers to the minor axis of the profile. NCI re Annex H Simple calculation model for concrete filled hollow sections exposed to fire
