12、- 4. QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS 4.1 Responsibility for inspection. Unless otherwise specified in the contract, the contractor is *esponsible for the performance of all inspection requirements as specified herein. Except as itherwise specified in the contract, the contractor may use his own or any

13、other facilities suit.able or the performance of the inspection requirements specified herein, unless disapproved by the iovernment. Irawing where such inspections are deemed necessary to assure supplies and services conform to jrescri bed requirements. Test and measuring equipment and inspection ac

14、ilities of sufficient accuracy, quality and quantity to pemit performance of the required inspection shall be established and maintained by the contractor. if a calibration system to control the accuracy of the measuring and test equipment shall be in iccordance with MIL-C-45662. REV 4.5 Quality conformance inspection. 4.5.1 Inspection of product foi- delivery. inspection of product for delivery shall consist of the PAGE 7 roup A inspection. 4.5.1.1 Group A inspection. Group A inspection shall consis

26、t of the inspections specified in table I in the order shown. 4.5.1.1.1 Sampling plan. Statistical sampling and inspection shall be in accordance with IL-STD-105 for general inspection level IL. Battery holders shall be examined to verify that the lesign, construction, physical dimensions, marking, and workmanship are in accordance with the imlicable requirements (see 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.6, and 3.7). 4

28、.6.2 Mounting surface flatness (see 3.4). Mounting surface flatness shall be measured in iccordanced with ANSI 846.1. 4.6.3 Surface roughness (see 3.5). Mounting surface roughness shall be measured in accordance with iNSI 846.1. 5. PACKAGING 5.1 Packaging requireiaents. Packaging shall be as comerci
