In the event of a conflict between the text of this document

Nothing in this document, however, supersedes applicable laws and regulations unless a specific exemption has been obtained. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Item requirements. The individual item requirements shall be in accordance wit
12、h MIL-PRF-28750, and as specified herein. 3.2 Interface and physical dimensions. The interface and physical dimensions shall be as specified in MIL-PRF-28750, and herein (see figure 1). Control voltage range shall be 3.8 V dc minimum to 32 V dc maximum. Rated control voltage shall be 5 V dc. 3.3.2 Turn-on voltage. Turn-on voltage shall be 3.8 V
14、 dc minimum. 3.3.3 Turn-off voltage. Turn-off voltage shall be 1.0 V dc maximum. 3.3.4 Input current. Input current shall be 16 milliamperes maximum (see figure 2). 3.3.5 Reverse polarity. Applicable. 3.4 Output characteristics. 3.4.1 Output current. Output current shall be .15 ampere minimum to 10
15、amperes maximum (see figure 3). 3.4.2 Output voltage range. Output voltage range shall be 25 V ac minimum to 250 V ac maximum. Rated output voltage shall be 250 V ac. 3.4.3 Output frequency range. Output frequency range shall be 45 Hz minimum to 440 Hz maximum. Rated output frequency shall be 400 Hz
16、. 3.4.4 Surge current. See figure 4. 3.4.5 Voltage drop at maximum current. Voltage drop at maximum current shall be 1.5 V rms maximum (see figure 5). 3.4.6 Output leakage current. Output leakage current shall be 9 mA maximum at 250 V ac, 400 Hz (+85C). 3.4.7 Power dissipation. Power dissipation sha
17、ll be 1.5 watts/ampere maximum (+25C). 3.4.8 Transient voltage. The applied voltage shall be 460 V peak maximum (T 20 ms). 3.4.9 Turn-on time. Turn-on time shall be one-half cycle (400 Hz) maximum. 3.4.10 Turn-off time. Turn-off time shall be one cycle (400 Hz) maximum. 3.4.11 Zero voltage turn-on p
18、oint. Zero voltage turn-on point shall be 15 V peak maximum (-55C to +85C). 3.4.12 Exponential rate of voltage rise (dv/dt). Exponential rate of voltage rise (dv/dt) shall be 200 V/s. 3.5 Electrical characteristics. 3.5.1 Insulation resistance. Insulation resistance shall be in accordance with MIL-P
19、RF-28750, except the resistance shall be 100 megohms minimum at 500 V dc (input-to-output only). 3.5.2 Dielectric withstanding voltage. The dielectric withstanding voltage, from all pins-to-case, shall be 1,500 V ac at 60 Hz minimum, in accordance with MIL-PRF-28750. 3.5.3 Isolation. Isolation shall

A certificate of compliance shall be required from manufacturers requesting to be a suggested source of supply. 3.12 Recycled, recovered, or en

Recycled, recovered, or environmentally preferable materials should be used to the maximum extent possible provided that the material meets or exceeds the operational and maintenance requirements, and promotes economically advantageous life cycle costs. 3.13 Workm
34、anship. The relay shall be uniform in quality and free from any defects that will affect life, serviceability, or appearance. 4. VERIFICATION 4.1 Product assurance program. The product assurance program specified in MIL-PRF-28750 is not applicable to this document. 4.2 Statistical process control. T
35、he statistical process control program specified in MIL-PRF-28750 is not applicable to this document. 4.3 Conformance inspection. 4.3.1 Inspection of product for delivery. Inspection of product for delivery shall consist of the group A inspections of MIL-PRF-28750 for the Y screening level. Group A
36、testing shall be performed on each inspection lot and manufacturers shall keep lot records for 3 years (minimum), monitor for compliance to the prescribed procedures, and records on lots are maintained for these relays. Components used internally to the relay shall not require hermetic packaging. Te
37、mperature range for screening tests shall be as specified in 3.6.1 herein. 4.3.2 Inspection of packaging. Inspection of packaging shall be in accordance with MIL-PRF-28750. 4.4 Methods of inspection. Methods of inspection shall be in accordance with MIL-PRF-28750. 5. PACKAGING 5.1 Packaging. For acq
38、uisition purposes, the packaging requirements shall be as specified in the contract or order (see 6.3). When actual packaging of materiel is to be performed by DoD personnel, these personnel need to contact the responsible packaging activity to ascertain requisite packaging requirements. Packaging r
39、equirements are maintained by the Inventory Control Points packaging activity within the Military Department or Defense Agency, or within the Military Departments System Command. Packaging data retrieval is available from the managing Military Departments or Defense Agencys automated packaging files
40、, CD-ROM products, or by contacting the responsible packaging activity. 6. NOTES (This section contains information of a general or explanatory nature which may be helpful, but is not mandatory.) 6.1 Notes.
