SCOPE 1.1 Scope. This drawing describes the requirements for a sealed solid state relay supplied to

In the event of a conflict between the text of this document and the references cited herein, the text of this document takes precedence. Nothing in this document, however, supersedes applicable laws and regulations unless a specific exempt

11、ion has been obtained. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Item requirements. The individual item requirements shall be in accordance with MIL-PRF-28750, and as specified herein. 3.2 Interface and physical dimensions. The interface and physical dimensions shall be as specified in MIL-PRF-28750 and herein (see figur

The transition time for the input signal from turn-on to

13、 turn-off or from turn-off to turn-on must be less than 1.0 milliseconds. 3.3.1 Control voltage range. Control voltage range shall be 16 V dc minimum to 32 V dc maximum. 3.3.2 Input turn-on voltage. Input turn-on voltage shall be 16 V dc. 3.3.3 Input turn-off voltage. Input turn-off voltage shall be

14、 2 V dc. 3.3.4 Input current. Input current shall be 20 milliamperes maximum. 3.3.5 Turn-on time. Turn-on time shall be 100 microseconds maximum. 1/ 3.3.6 Turn-off time. Turn-off time shall be 400 microseconds maximum. 1/ 3.4 Output electrical characteristics. 3.4.1 Output current rating (resistive

15、load). 30 amperes (see figure 2). 3.4.2 Load voltage rating. 50 V dc. 3.4.3 Output voltage drop at maximum current. 1.2 V dc maximum. 3.4.4 Overload. As specified in MIL-PRF-28750 except maximum current shall be 60 amperes. 3.4.5 Output leakage current. 100 A dc maximum at 50 V dc. 3.5 Other electri

16、cal characteristics. 3.5.1 Insulation resistance. The insulation resistance, from all pins-to-case, shall be 1,000 megohms minimum. 3.5.2 Isolation. The isolation, from input to output, shall be 15 picofarads maximum at 1 kHz. 3.5.3 Dielectric withstanding voltage. The dielectric withstanding voltag

17、e, from all pins-to-case, shall be 500 V ac rms minimum in accordance with MIL-PRF-28750. 3.5.4 Power dissipation. 37 watts maximum. 3.5.5 Power junction temperature. +150C maximum. 3.5.5.1 Thermal resistance: Thermal resistance junction to case shall be 1.3C/W, and thermal resistance junction to am

In order to be listed as an approved source of supply for relays manufactured to this drawing, a manufacturer shall: a. Agree to make av

27、ailable to DSCC, upon request, all pertinent test data on its production of the subject part, including, but not limited to, test data in accordance with the qualification inspection table of MIL-PRF-28750, Y screening level; and b. Provide to DSCC-VAT or its designated agent, upon request, free of

28、charge and without obligation, a current production sample from its production of the subject part; and c. Meet one of the following criteria: (1) Currently possess listing on qualified products list QPL-28750 for at least one part; or (2) Be in current production of the subject part. Provided by IH

Marking shall be in accordance with MIL-PRF-28750 except the PIN shall be in accordance with 1.2 h

30、erein. The M28750/X-XXXY PIN shall not be used. 3.11 Workmanship. The relay shall be uniform in quality and free from any defects that will affect life, serviceability, or appearance. 4. VERIFICATION 4.1 Sampling and inspection. The quality assurance program specified in MIL-PRF-28750 is not applica

31、ble to this document. 4.2 Statistical process control. The statistical process control program specified in MIL-PRF-28750 is not applicable to this document. 4.3 Conformance inspection. 4.3.1 Inspection of product for delivery. Inspection of product for delivery shall consist of the group A inspecti

32、ons of MIL-PRF-28750 for the Y screening level. Group A testing shall be performed on each inspection lot and manufacturers shall keep lot records for 3 years (minimum), monitor for compliance to the prescribed procedures, and records on lots are maintained for these relays. Components used internal

33、ly to the relay shall not require hermetic packaging. Temperature range for screening tests shall be as specified in 3.6.1 herein. 4.3.2 Inspection of packaging. Inspection of packaging shall be in accordance with MIL-PRF-28750. 4.4 Methods of inspection. Methods of inspection shall be in accordance

34、 with MIL-PRF-28750 and as specified herein. 4.4.1 Seal. Seal shall be hermetic in accordance with MIL-STD-202, method 112, test condition D. 5. PACKAGING 5.1 Packaging. For acquisition purposes, the packaging requirements shall be as specified in the contract or order (see 6.2). When actual packagi

35、ng of materiel is to be performed by DoD personnel, these personnel need to contact the responsible packaging activity to ascertain requisite packaging requirements. Packaging requirements are maintained by the Inventory Control Points packaging activity within the Military Department or Defense Age

36、ncy, or within the Military Departments System Command. Packaging data retrieval is available from the managing Military Departments or Defense Agencys automated packaging files, CD-ROM products, or by contacting the responsible packaging activity. 6. NOTES (This section contains information of a ge

37、neral or explanatory nature which may be helpful, but is not mandatory.) 6.1 Intended use. Relays conforming to this drawing are intended for use when military specifications do not exist and qualified military devices that will perform the required function are not available for OEM application. Th

38、is drawing is intended exclusively to prevent the proliferation of unnecessary duplicate specifications, drawings, and stock catalog listings. When a military specification exists and the product covered by this drawing has been qualified for listing on QPL-28750, this drawing will be inactive for n
