This specification covers an aluminum-alloy base plate with three springs for mounting theodolites.“ PAGE 2 2.1, under STANDARDS, MILITARY, delete “MIL-STD-1188“ in its entirety. 2.2, under AMERICAN NATIONAL STANDARDS INSTITUTE (ANSI), d
