5、ding marking and labeling) shall be in accordance with the applicable requirements of 49 CFR 171 to 179 and the International Civil Aviation Orga- nization - Technical Instructions for Safe Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Air (ICAO-TDGA) or International Maritime Organization - International Ma

6、ritime Danger- ous Goods Code (IMO-IMDGC), as applicable to the mode of transportation. The packag- ing shall meet the applicable packaging performance tests specified in ICAO-TDGA or IMO - IMDGC, as applicable.” Para 5.1: Delete in its entirety and substitute the following: “5.1 Unit packing, A spe

7、cified quantity of lead dioxide (see 6.2) shall be unit packed in ac- cordance with 49 CFR 171 to 179, ICAO-TDGA, or IMO-IMDGC, as applicable to the mode of transportation. Para 5.2: Delete in its entirety and substitute the following: “5.2 Packing. Lead dioxide, unit packed in 5.1, shall be packed

8、in accordance with 49 CFR 171 to 179, ICAO-TDGA, or IMO-IMDGC, as applicable to the mode of transportation.” Para 5.4, lines 1 through 4: Delete and substitute the following: “5.4 Marking. Containers and unitized loads shall be marked in accordance with 49 CFR 171 to 179, ICAO-TDGA, or IMO-IMDGC, as
