5、n sample must be produced under a valid authorization to test with DSCC certified materials and manufacturing techniques; and he must comply with the requirements specified in MIL-PRF-38535 prior to the start of any testing.The listing of microcircuit manufacturing lines in the QML applies only to p

6、roducts produced in the plant(s)specified herein. Therefore, only those products that have been manufactured, assembled, and tested on the certified/qualified lines herein, can be supplied as qualified microcircuit QML devices.Microcircuits manufactured, assembled, and tested in accordance with MIL-

7、PRF-38535 shall bear the “QML“ certification mark or the “Q“ abbreviation. Products manufactured, assembled, and tested shall meet all the provisions of MIL-PRF-38535; and shall be manufactured on the DSCC certified lines as indicated herein. The information contained in this QML reflects the actual

8、 manufacturing lines, materials, and manufacturing construction techniques of the particular test sample(s). Any product represented as being compliantshall be manufactured on the lines/flows using the material and manufacturing construction techniques listed herein, as is necessary to meet the requ

9、irements of the user. The user shall be responsible for determining if the QML listing is adequate to demonstrate capability for the intended application.This Qualified Manufacturers List (QML) is available from the DSCC-VQ World Wide Web pages. 13、cense from IHS-,-,-Transitional Certification is defined as an allowance granted to JAN MIL-M-38510 manufacturers and eligible M-level 883 compliant suppliers to transition their QPL, SMD and MIL-STD-883 compliant devices to the QML MIL-PRF-38535 program. This allowance is based on information provi

14、ded by the JAN manufacturers that the included facilities and product have been and are meeting screening method 5004 and Quality Conformance Inspection method 5005. To be eligible for transitional certification, the JAN manufacturer must have submitted a plan for achieving full MIL-PRF-38535 QML wi

15、thin a specified period of time.QML is a definition of a manufacturers technology capabilities. This means that devices may be available under QML even though not listed. The user is encouraged to contact the manufacturer or DSCC to make arrangements for part availability under QML.MIL-PRF-38535 con

16、tains provisions for test optimization for all listed processes and products including all device classes. Under these provisions, traditional military screens and inspections can be optimized if found to be non-value added through the manufacturers up front controls and monitors as well as design,

17、wafer fabrication, assembly and test design areas. Optimization of these screens and inspections in no way adversely affects the devices military form, fit and function application, rather the device shall be considered more robust since these screens and inspection are no longer value added. Regard
