This Commercial Item Description covers a dml chambered bacteriological incu

2、bator. Salient Characteristics: Shall be a dual vertical carbon dioxide incubator. Shall be suitable for wet or dry, and aerobic or CO2 incubations of microbiological cultures. Shall have each chamber independently regulated to accommodate microbiological cultures which require different and varying

3、 environments. with facilities for heating, humidity and CO2 tension. Shall have corrosion resistant steel chamber interiors with an exterior steel housing that is suitably protected from corrosion. Each chamber shall be provided Shall have noniinal dimension (inches) for each chamber of 17 width x

4、17 depth x 22 height. The nominal outside dimensions (inches) of the overall housing shall be 24 width x 24 depth x 65 height. Shall have the following operation capabilities for each chamber: a. An adjustable temperature of 5O Centigrade (C) above ambient to 5OoC. b. A humidity range of ambient to

The government,reserves the right to require proof of such conformance prior to first delivery and thereafter as may be otherwise provided for under the provisions of the contract. Requlatory requirements. Federal Food, Drus and Cosmetic Act. if the product covered by this docu

21、ment has been determined by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to be under its jurisdiction, the offeror/contractor shall comply, and be responsible for compliance by its subcontractors/suppliers, with the requirements of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, as amended, and regulations promul

22、gated thereunder. In addition, the offeror/contractor shall comply, and be responsible for compliance by its subcontractors/suppliers, with the requirements of all other applicable Federal, State, and local statutes, ordinances, and regulations. Recovered materials. The offeror/contractor is encoura

23、ged to use recovered material in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 23.4 to the maximum extent practical. Preservation, packaqinq, p ackinq, labelinq, and markinq. Unless otherwise specified, preservation, packaging, end packing shall be to a degree of protection to preclude dama

24、ge to containers and/or contents thereof under normal shipping conditions, handling, etc., involving shipment from the supply source to the receiving activity, plus reshipment from receiving activity, and shall conform to applicable carriers rules and regulations.
