24、or is 3325 ohms including source. 1.9.2 The capacitors shall be subjected to 1000 cycles of the appli- cable surge voltage as specified in Table III. The test shall be conducted at the applicable rated temperature. Each cycle shall consist of a 30 second surge - voltage application followed by a 30

25、second discharge period. Each cycle shall be performed such that the capzcitor is discharged through the surge resistor at the end of the 30 second application.
