Any required markings which cannot be applied to the switch shall be applied to the package containing the switch. 2.6 Informat
9、ion to be Given in the Detail Specification Detail specifications shall be derived from thee relevant Blank Detail Specification and shall contain all the required information. Detail specifications shall not specify requirements inferior to those of the generic or Sectional specifications. When mor
10、e severe requirements are included, they shall be listed in the detail specification and indicated in the test schedule with an asterisk (for example). The detail specification shall contain the complete technical requirements for the inspection including the quality conformance test schedule. If th
11、e technical requirements of the generic and/or Sectional specification relative to inspection are not entirely suitable (either for technical reasons or for special applications) to the component described in the detail specification, the detail specification shall set out clearly the various amendm

EIA-520E000-A Page 3 3 OUALITY ASSESSMENT PROCEDURES 3.1 Qualification Approval Procedures The qualification approval procedures shall be in accordance with EIA- 5200000 and the following additional requirements; 3.1.1 Qualification inspection tests;
13、The qualification inspection tests are described in table I herein. The minimum qualification inspection for any in- line switch shall be Groups A and B in Table I. Additional Test Groups C, D and E may be added to the qualification requirements for a specific detail specification as necessary, as c
14、an test beyond those of Table I. When Test Groups C through E are prescribed by the detail specification, the identity of the Test Group, the sequence of tests, and the minimum sample quantity shall be in accordance with Table I. When the detail specification prescribes tests not in Table I, the add
15、itional tests shall be included within existing Test Groups or as additional Test Groups. 3.2 3.3 3.4 3.5 4 4.9 4.24 Primary Stage of Manufacture The primary stage of manufacture is as prescribed in EIA-5200000. Structurally Similar Switches Structurally similar switches shall be prescribed in EIA-5

Quality Conformance Inspection Quality conformance inspection shall be as prescribed in EIA-5200000 and the following requirements; 3.4.1 Lot-by-lot Inspection Tests; The lot-by-lot inspection tests are prescribed in Table II herein unless otherwise specified in the detail specification. 3.4
17、.2 Periodic inspection tests; The periodic inspection tests are as prescribed in Table III herein. Alternate Test Methods Alternative test methods shall be prescribed in EIA-5200000. TEST AND MEASUREMENT PROCEDURES This Section supplements the test methods and requirements of EIA- 5200000. Strength
18、of Terminations Terminals shall withstand the application of a 0.5 kilogram (12 pound) load in tensile. The bending test shall be in accordance with the Tag Termination Test except that the terminals shall be bent 22.5 forward from the normal position, 45 backward through the normal position, and 22
19、.5 forward, returning to the normal position. If the bending method is not critical, the bending shall be done with the fingers. If the bending method is critical, appropriate fixturing may be used for precise control of the point of application of force and angles of bending. Machine Soldering The
