SCOPE 1.1 scope This industry standard covers *e general requirements for cermet or metal film type resistor networks, prhrily intended for incorporation into electronic circuits 1.2 Classification Networks specified herein (see 3.1) shall be identifie

3、d by a part number which shall msist of the basic style and a dash nuniber* the dc resistance shall fhen be measured as spcified in 4.3. examined for evidence of mechanical damage. initial and final measurements shall nuk exceed the value specified in 3.8. 6、ied in 4.3.1, The follaWing IS-34 Page 14 4.9 Misture (See 3.12) Networks shall be tested in accartimce with Method 2 of Rs-186. exceptions shall apply: Mounting - Network sample units shall be munted ca1 a test board as specified in 4.1.1. 7、dng the initial conditioning perid, dc resistance of resistors in the network board shall be measured as specified in 4.3.1. (c) (d) Loading Voltage - A dc voltage equivalent to 1/10 of rated wattage shall be applied to all resistors during Ehe first 2 hours of Steps 1 and 4. Subcycle - Step 7E3 sha

8、ll not be applicable. during any five of the first eight cycles only. Step 7A shall be performed (e) Measurements at High Humidity - None. (f) Final Measurements - Upn ccmpletion of Step 6 of the final cycle, the networks shall be rerrioved fran the chaniber and air dried for 30 f 15 minutes. The dc

9、 resistance shall then be measured in accordance with 4.3.1. When the networks are tested as specified, the change in resistance between initial and final measurements shall not exceed the value specified in 3.12. (9) J3xdnation after Test - Networks shall be examined for evidence of medianical dama

10、ge. 4.10 Life (See 3.13) Networks shall bc tested in accordance with Method 12 of E-16-D. details and exceptions shall apply. 12、he value spcified in 3.13. 4.11 Temperature Characteristics (See 3 14) Networks shall be tested in accordance with Method 304 of MIGSTD-202. blloWing details and exceptions shall apply. (a) Reference Temperature - RLXMI ambient temprature. (b) Test Temperature - In accordance with Table VII. (c) Acc

13、uracy of Teniperature Measurement - Networks shall be maintained for 30 to 45 minutes with lC at each of the test temperatures listed in Table VII.
