This document supersedes CEN/TS 13126-7:2004. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by p

EN 13126 Building hardware - Requirements and test methods for windows and doors height windows consists of the following parts: Part 1:
16、Requirements common to all types of hardware Part 2: Casement fastener handles1)Part 3: Manoeuvring fittings for espagnolette bolts/sliding button1)Part 4: Espagnolette bolts1)Part 5: Specification for devices that restrict the opening of windows Part 6: Variable geometry stay hinges (with or withou

NOTE 1 Sample B should only be necessary if no test report can be supplied by the manufacturer regarding the testing of the hardware component or set in accordance with EN 167

Reduce force F3 by 20 N 1 N (see Table 1) at the centre of the top rail of the casement or sash and maintain throughout the test. Operate the casement or sash, without shock, for 10 000 cycles (+1 %) cycles at a

After the test, measure and record the force F1required to operate the finger catch, while maintaining a force F3= 40 N 1 N, at the centre of the top rail of the casement or sash (see Table 1 and Annex A, Figure A.1). Hardware shall be lubricated in accordance
21、with the manufacturers installation and maintenance instructions unless the hardware is claimed to be maintenance-free. 7.3 Static load test (See Table 1) Apply static load F2= 200100+N for 60100+s and release (see Annex A, Figure A.1). After the static load test with F2 the hardware shall function
22、correctly. Apply load F3= 300150+N for 60100+s. After the static load test with F3 the hardware shall function correctly. 7.4 Corrosion resistance NOTE This test is necessary if the manufacturer cannot provide a test report in accordance with EN 1670. All corrosion tests shall be on original new sam
