31、mbienttemperature. 6.2 Freefalldroptestfordetonators(excludingplaindetonators) Fixtheclampandreleasemechanismataverticalheightof(50,02)maboveasolidconcretefloor.The assemblyisfixedintheclampinsuchawaythatthedetonatorfacesdownwards,andtheheightismeasured betweenthefloorandthelowestpointoftheassembly.

32、Droptheassemblysothatanypartmayhitthefloorfirst. Repeattheteston50testpieces. Recordthenumberofdetonatorsnotdetonatedduringthetest. Aftertesting,allassembliesnotdetonatedduringthetestshallbefiredoneatatimewiththemanufacturers specifiedseriesfiringcurrentforthespecifictype,orinaccordancewiththemanufa

33、cturerinstructionforother devices.Recordthenumberofdetonatorswhichdonotdetonateduringthefunctiontest. 6.3 Guideddroptestfordetonators Fixthemetaltubeverticallysothatthelowerendispositionedcentrallyand(101)mmabovethesteelplate.The deviationfromtheverticalshallnotexceedtheouterdiameterofthetube. Inthe

34、caseofelectricdetonatorsorshocktubedetonators,cuttheleadingwiresortheshocktubes(20,5)mm fromthecrimporconnectiontotheassemblyscasing. Dropthedetonatorfromthetopofthetubesothat: a)thebaseofthedetonatorhitsthesteelplatefirst,and b)thetopofthedetonatorhitsthesteelplatefirst. Repeattheteston25detonators
