Theresultsshallbedocumented. 4.2 Conditions Thewagonorthecomponentsshallbeunrestrained. Thelimitdeviationsapplytothefini
26、shedproduct.Itremainsoptionaltocarryoutthemeasurementsin theoperatingorbackbonepositionorinadifferentsequencetotheonespecified.Thereisnolinkto anyspecificproductionmethod. 4.3 Temperature Measurementsshallbecarriedoutatanambienttemperatureof20C 10C. Thetemperatureofthecomponenttobemeasuredshallhavet
27、heambienttemperature approximately.Itshallbeensuredthatthecomponentisnotexposedtoaheatsource(inparticulara radiantheatsource). 4.4 Measuringprinciple Theindividualmeasuringprocessesarevalidundertheassumptionthatthelimitdeviationsdonot exceedasizewhichendangersoperation.EN137751:2003(E) 6 4.5 Measuri
28、ngequipment Onlymeasuringdevices,equipmentandinstrumentswithadequateprecisionshallbeusedinorderto carryoutthemeasurementwiththerequiredaccuracy.Generally,measuringapparatuswitha precisionof 0,5mmisadequate. Ifcalibratedmeasuringapparatus,devicesandinstrumentsareused,thecalibrationshallberepeated ina
