28、thecaseoffacedand/orcoated products,allfacingsand/orcoatingsincludingadhesivesshallberemoved.Atestspecimenshallconsistofat least8separatepiecestakenfromdifferentpositionsevenlydistributedoverthetotalsurfaceofafullsize product.Thiscanbeaccomplishedbytheuseofacorkborerwithadiameterofe.g.21mmor25mm; re
29、movingmaterialthroughoutthefullproductthickness. Themassofeachtestspecimenshallbebetween10gand200g. 6.2 Numberoftestspecimens Thenumberoftestspecimensshallbeasspecifiedintherelevantproductstandard.Ifthenumberisnot specified,thenatleastfivetestspecimensshallbeused. NOTE Intheabsenceofaproductstandard
30、oranyotherEuropeantechnicalspecification,thenumberoftest specimensmaybeagreedbetweenparties. 6.3 Preparationoftestspecimens Thetestspecimensshallbecutsothattheydonotincludeproductedges. Eachtestspecimenshallbeplacedinaseparatetestspecimencontainerofknownmass. 6.4 Conditioningoftestspecimens Thetests
31、pecimensshallbedriedintheventilatedovenatthetemperatureof(1055)Coratemperature asspecifiedintherelevantproductstandardoranyotherEuropeantechnicalspecificationfornormally2h andcooleddowninthedesiccatorto(235) Cuntilconstantmassisobtained.EN13820:2003(E) 6 Theconstantmassshallbeconsideredasthatmassrec
32、ordedwhenthechangeinmassbetweentwo consecutiveweighings,atatimeintervalofatleast1h,islessthanamassfractionof0,05%.Oncethe conditioningtimehasbeenestablishedforaproductitisnotnecessarytorepeattheconsecutiveweighings. 7Procedure 7.1Test conditions Thetestspecimenshallbeplacedinapreviouslyweighedemptyc
33、ontainerwiththemass m 1 ,andshallbe driedandcooleddownasspecifiedin6.4beforethetestiscarriedout. 7.2 Testprocedure Removethecontainerwiththetestspecimeninsidefromthedesiccatorandweighitwithin1mintodetermine thecombinedmass, m 2 . Placethecontainerwiththetestspecimeninsideinthefurnaceatatemperatureof
34、(50020) Coratthe temperaturespecifiedintherelevantproductstandardoranyotherEuropeantechnicalspecification. Removethecontainerwiththetestspecimeninsidefromthefurnacewhenitisconsideredthatallorganic compoundshaveburnedoff.Thiswillnormallytakeatleast2h. Placethecontainerwiththetestspecimeninsideinthede
35、siccatorandcooldownto(235) C. Weighthecontainerwiththetestspecimeninsidewithin1minafterremovalfromthedessicator. Returnthecontainerwiththetestspecimeninsidetothefurnaceatatemperatureof(50020) Coratthe temperaturespecifiedintherelevantproductstandardoranyotherEuropeantechnicalspecificationforat least
