Preconditionthemouldsforatleast24hinthestandardtestatmosphere. Aminimumofthreetestspecimensisrequired.Thecorrespondingnumberofwidthreducinginserts,pegs,and coversas
34、appropriateshallbeprepared. 8.2 Testprocedure Measurementsarecarriedoutusingthemeasuringdevicesasdescribedin6.1.Placethemouldhorizontallyand,if required,insertthepegsaccordingto6.2.EN13872:2004(E) 13 Fillthemixtureintothemouldsimmediatelyaftermixingwithoutanyfurthertreatment.Ifcompactingisnecessary,
35、e.g. ifthemixturedoesnotflowsufficiently,usethejoltingapparatusinaccordancewithEN1961.Removethesurplusof themixturewithametalfloatinordertoobtaincompletelyfilledmouldswithanevensurface.Coverthefilledmoulds withacoverplateinordertoavoidpreliminarydryingofthespecimenssurface.Storethefilledmouldsinthe
36、standardtestconditions. Removethespecimensfromthemoulds24haftermixing.Iftheshape“B“or“D“pegsaretobeusedimmediately, bondthemcentrallyontheendsofthetestspecimen.Insertthereferencespecimeninthemeasuringdeviceusing thespringforceofthedialgaugeandwithoutadditionalpressuretolocatethespecimen.Setthegauget
