It applies to ductwork used in ventilation and air

Designers should take account of individual system req
33、uirements regarding acoustics, velocity and pressure when selecting duct fittings. NOTE 1 The bend shown in Figure 3a) is only recommended for use on low pressure/velocity systems and smalier dimensions of ducts. NOTE 2 For bends shown in Figures 3b) and 3c), with radius T less than 100 mm, splitter
34、s are recommended in accordance with Table B.l and Figure B.1. If alternatively T is increased to O,% splitters may be omitted.
