8、, and, where applicable, quanti tolerances (see 6.7); f) any requirements for inspection documents; g) any special requirements agreed between purchaser and supplier. auoy; 5 Requirements 6.1 Production and manufacturing processes The production and manufacturing processes shall be left to the discr
9、etion of the producer. Unless it is explicitly stated otherwise in the order, no obligation shall be placed on the producer to use the same processes for subsequent and similar orders. 6.2 Quality control The supplier shall be responsible for the perormance of all inspection and tests required by th
10、e relevant European Standard or specification, prior to shipment of the product. If the purchaser wishes to inspect the product at the suppliers works, he shall notify the supplier at the time of placing the order. 6.3 Chemical composition The chemical composition shall comply with the requirements
11、given in EN 573-3. If the purchaser requires content limits for elements not specified in the above standard, these limits sha be stated on the order, after agreement between purchaser and supplier. 12、operties The mechanical properties shall comply with those given in EN S2. 6.6 Surface finish Unless otherwise agreed at the time of ordering, forgings shall be cleaned by pickling in an aqueous solution of NaOH prior to surface inspection. The product shall be free from defects detrimental to its u
13、se. Whilst an operation designed to mask a defect shaU not be permitted, the elimination of a superficial surface defect shall be permissible, provided that the dimensional tolerances continue to be observed. 6.6 Tolerances on dimensions and form Tolerances on dimensions and form shall comply with p
14、rEN 586-3. NCYE. The purchaser can only reject those products having dimensions not complying with the specified tolerances 6.7 Quantity tolerance The quantity tolerance shall be f 10 W unless otherwise agreed between purchaser and supplier. 6.8 Internal quality The forgings shail be free from inkrn
15、ai defects which may be detrimental to their use. If special inspections or tests are required, these shal be agreed between purchaser and supplier. 6.9 Special properties Additionai property requirements in respect of harness and electrid conductivity tests shall be met in accordance with EN B2 whe
16、n agreed between purchaser and supplier. 6 %st method 6.1 Sampling 6.1.1 Specimens for chernicd and.s The specimens for chemical analysis shall be taken at the time of castin b) a prolongation of the forging taken to represent the inspection lot; c) an actuai forging taken from the inspection lot O

The longitudinal axis of the test piece shall be located at mid-section thickness. 6.1.3.3 Identif trtwn of test piecas Each test pie
18、ce shall be marked in such a manner that it is possible to identify the inspection lot from which it was taken, and, if required, its location and orientation in the product. If a test piece is marked by stamping, this shail not be in a place or manner which may interfere with subsequent testing. Wh
19、ere it is not convenient to mark a test piece, an identification tag may be attached. 6.1.3.4 Machining Any machining necessary shall be ded out in such a manner that it does not change the characteristics of the metal in the test piece. 6.1.3.6 Number of test pieces One test piece shall be taken fr
20、om each specimen unless otherwise specified 6.2 Test procedure 6.2.1 Chemical composition Methods of analysis shall be at the discretion of the supplier. In case of dispute concerning the chemical composition, reference anaipis shall be carried out by the methods specified in the relevant European S
21、tandards and the results obtained by these methods shd be accepted. If the check analysis is to be made on the processed product, a sample of the product shall be dissolved and a wet analysis carried out. 6.2.2 Mechanical and phgsical tests Tensile testing shall be carried out in accordance with EN
22、10002-1. if other mechanical or physical tests are required, these shall be agreed between purchaser and supplier. These tests shall be carried out either in accordance with relevant European Standards or by methods agreed between purchaser and supplier. 6.2.3 Measurement of dimensions The dimension
23、s shall be measured by means of measuring instruments which are of the accuracy required by the dimensions and dimensional tolerances. All dimensions shall be checked at the ambient temperature of the workshop or laboratory, and, in case of dispute, at a temperature between 15 “C and 25 “C inclusive
24、. 6.2.4 Sutface finish Examination of surface appearance shall be carried out without the assistance of magniSring apparatus on products before delivery. Page 5 EN 586-1 : 1997 6.3 Retests 6.3.1 Mechanical properties If any of the test pieces first selected fails to meet the requirements for the mec
25、hanical tests, the following procedures shal be applied: - if an error is clearly identified, either in the test piece preparation or in the test procedure, then the corresponding resuit shall be disregarded and the testing resumed as initially requird, - if this is not the case, then two further sp
26、ecimens shall be taken from the same inspection lot, one being from the me unit of product (hand forging, die forging, etc.) from which the original specimen was taken, unless that unit of product has been withdrawn by the supplier. If both test pieces from these additional specimens meet the requir
27、ements, the inspection lot which they represent shall be deemed to comply with the requirements of this European Standard. Should one test piece fail, the inspection lot sha be deemed not to comply with the requirements of this European Standard At the discretion of the supplier, the inspection lot
28、may be submitted to additional thermal treatment(s) and then retested as a new inspection lot. 6.3.2 Other properties The retests of other properties shall be agreed upon between purchaser and supplier. 7 Inspection documents 7.1 General If requested by the purchaser on the order, the supplier shall
29、 provide one of more of the following documents as applicable. These inspection documents are based on EN 10204 with modifications due to the specific needs of aluminium and aluminium alloys. The requirements of 3.1.h 3.1.B, 3.1.C are in The requirements of 7.2, 7.2.1,7.2.2 are specific to aluminium
30、 products. 7.2 Documents established on the basis of inspections and tests performed by qualified personnel who are involved in the manufacturing process andor belong to the quality control department 7.2.1 Certificate of collformity Documents by which the producer certifies that according to inspec
31、tions and results of representative tests the products for delivery comply with the relevant standards and with the additional requirements in the order, if any conformity with EN 10204. This document details the results of the current production controls carried out on identical products made using the same method as the products for delivery but not necessarily on the pro
33、ducts for delivery themseives. 7.3 Documents established on the basis of inspections and tests performed or supervised by qualified personnel organizationally independent from the manufacturing department, according to the requirements specified on the order and carried out on the products for deliv
34、ery or on the relevant inspection lot Inspection certificates in accordance with EN 10204: - 3.1.A: certincate issued and vaiidated by an inspector designated by the official regulations, in accordance with these and the corresponding technicai rules; - 3.1.B certificate issued by the department ind
35、ependent of the manufachring department and validated by an authorized represenwe of the producer independent of the manufacturing departmen$ - 3.1.C. certicate issued and validated by an authorized representative of the purchaser, in accordance with the specifications of the order. 8Marking Marking
36、 of products shall be undertaken only when agreed upon between purchaser and supplier and stated on the order or drawing. This marking shali not adversely Hect the finai use of the product. 9 Packaging Unless otherwise specified in European Standards reiating to specia products or specified in the o
37、rder, the mode of packaging shall be determined by the supplier who shall take ali suitable precautions to ensure that, under the usuai conditions of transportation, the products will be delivered in a condition suitable for use. 10 Arbitration In cases of dispute concerning conformity with the requ
38、irements of this standard or specification cited on the order, before rejecting the products, testing shall be carried out by an arbitrator chosen by mutual agreement between purchaser and supplier.
