Table 8 - Ripple classes I I 5 Electromagnetic compatlbllity 5.1 General The equipment and systems considered in this section may be subjected to Various kinds of electromagnetic disturbances, conducted by power lines or control lines or dire
30、ctly radiated by the environment. The types and levels of disturbances depend on the parti- cular conditions in which the systems, the subsystems or the equipment have to operate. Table 9 gives a list of the corresponding immunity tests considered by the IEC bask publicatbns to cover the most import
31、ant electromagnetic phenomena that can affect electronic equipment in the various installations: the same table gives an applicability criterion of each test to a certain number of subsystems or components into which a system can be subdivided. A certain number of tests included in the basic publica
32、tions (tests A.1.6, Al.?, A.1.8. A1.9, A.2.6, A.2.7 and A.4.2) have not been considered of particular interest for this section and therefore they have been considered not applicable to any equipment, or sub- system or system. The various components of the system considered here may also be a source
33、 of electro- magnetic disturbances in a wide frequency range, that may be conducted through power lines and signal lines or directly radiated, to affect the performance of other components of the system or to influence the external electromagnetic environment. Table 10 gives a list of emission measu
34、rements, taken from IEC bask publications, and the corresponding applicability criteria for the various components of the systems to which the present section is applicable. 5.2 /mmnity rests Tables 11 to 15 give the reference severity levels for the immunity tests on equipment and systems for vario
35、us applications. For each test the tables give a short description of the source of disturbance that the test simulates in the laboratory and show the main para- meters of the applied voltageicurrentifield. For particular applications more severe levels may be applied by agreement. 5.3 Acceptance criteria for immunity tests
37、 Bask IEC publications give general criteria for the evaluation of the results of immunity tests. Table 16 gives an application of these general criteria to the systems considered In this section, taking into account the relative importance of the various functions associated with the system and the
38、 kind of interference. The application of dlfferent or more detailed criteria to the functions can be agreed upon between users and manufacturers. 5.4 Emission tests Table 17 gives severity levels for emission measurements, conducted and radiated.
