26、e used, either the fixed sample or the lot-by-lot and periodic procedure may be used. 3.2 Test schedule and performance requirements The mandatory test schedules for qualification by the fixed sample procedure are defined in Table 1 of the detail specification worksheet (see Clause 4). The fixed sam
27、ple procedure consists in subjecting a sample of specimens to the fixed sample qualification test sequence as specified in Table 1. The sample shall be drawn from current production. 4 Quality conformance inspection 4.1 Lot-by-lot and periodic procedure The lot-by-lot and periodic procedure consists
28、 in performing the lot-by-lot inspections on a specified number of inspection lots (a minimum of three) taken in as short a time as possible. The periodic tests are then performed on samples selected from at least one of the lots. BS EN 61314-1-1:2012 6 61314-1-1 IEC:2011 Samples shall be selected f

Normal inspection shall be used, but when the sample size is so small that acceptance based on zero defects is implied, additional specimens shall be taken to meet the sample size requirements for acceptance on one defect 4.2 Lot-by-lot inspection The manda
30、tory inspection schedules for lot-by-lot inspection (groups A and B) are defined in the detail specification worksheet (see Clause 5). 4.3 Periodic inspection The mandatory inspection schedules for periodic inspection (groups C and D) are defined in the detail specification worksheet (see Clause 5).
31、 5 Detail specification worksheet The following worksheet is provided to aid in the preparation of detail specifications. Spaces are provided for entering information. When the spaces are completed, the detail specification can be drafted in its final form. The spaces are identified by numbers betwe
32、en square brackets. Instructions for completing these numbered spaces are given below. When drafting the final detail specification, eliminate the square-bracketed instruction numbers. 1 The national IEC number assigned to the detail specification is added by the National Committee. 2 The date of th
33、e detail specification is added by the National Committee. 3 Enter the name and address of the National Committee. 4 Enter the applicable classification categories (see 4.2 of IEC 61314-1). 5 Enter the connector/splice type name. 6 Enter the fan-out configuration. 7 Enter the applicable mechanical i
34、nterface standard. If the connectors of the fan-out do not conform to a mechanical interface standard, add the words “not applicable“. 8 Enter the applicable optical interface standard. If the connectors of the fan-out do not conform to an optical interface standard, add the words “not applicable“.
35、9 Enter the performance standard. If the connectors of the fan-out do not conform to a performance standard, add the words “not applicable“. 10 Add the qualification procedure required for the detail specification (fixed-sample procedure or lot-by-lot procedure. 11 Specify the component(s) control d
36、imensions in the format shown (see 4.3.3 of IEC 61314-1). Include: outline drawings and dimensions of the entire fan-out and of the component parts (with the exception of the connectors and/or splices). When a connector standard type interface is referenced, these dimensions shall fall within the ma

38、ere applicable; measurement method(s) to be used when the requirements of 4.3.4.1 of IEC 61314-1 apply. Add figures showing the dimensions for standard reference components and gauges, if required (see 4.3.3 of IEC 61314-1). Display the drawings in the format shown. 12 Tabulate the identification nu
39、mber for each variant of each component (see 4.8.1 of IEC 61314-1). Assign a column in the table for each variant feature. For example, number of fibres or channels, fibre or cable sizes, etc. 13 Specify the test fibre/cable for kit arrangement samples. If the detail specification does not cover a k
40、it arrangement, eliminate the table. 14 Enter supplementary information with respect to marking, requirements for certified records of released lots, and other appropriate information (see 4.8.2 and 4.8.3 of IEC 61314-1). 15 Table 1 defines the measurements and tests for qualification by fixed sampl
41、e size. If qualification by lot-by-lot and periodic procedure is specified, eliminate the tables and renumber subsequent tables in the detail specification accordingly. Specify the sample size for each group in column n. 16 Table 2 defines the minimum measurements and tests, required for groups A an
42、d B. Detail specification writers must add those tests or measurements to be carried out to the table. Add the assessment level designation along with the inspection level and AQL in the appropriate place in the tables (see 4.2.5 of IEC 61314-1). 17 Table 3 defines the measurements and tests require
43、d for groups C and D periodic tests. Add the assessment level designation together with the sample size, n, and the inspection period, p, in the appropriate place in the tables (see 4.2.5 of IEC 61314-1). After completing the group C0 or D0 measurements and tests, the sample is divided to form the o
44、ther sample groups. When needed, instructions for dividing the sample are given as a note to the tables. 18 When completed, Table 4 will contain the details, measurements and the performance requirements for all tests and measurements which appear in Tables 1, 2 and 3. The format for measurements ap
45、pears on lines 19, 20, and 21. Enter the measurement procedure title and reference location on line 19 and the measurement details on line 20. The requirements for independent measurements (measurements which are not part of an environmental test) shall either be specified as a note to the tables wh
46、ere it was added (Tables 1, 2 or 3), or included in Table 4 under the appropriate measurement on line 20.
