In 1991 the European Committee for Standardization (CEN) accepted ISO 862:1984 as European Standard EN ISO 862:1995. As a consequence of implem

7、enting the European Standard this British Standard is renumbered BS EN ISO 862 and any reference to BS 7498 should be read as a reference to BS EN ISO 862. A British Standard does not purport to include all the necessary provisions of a contract. Users of British Standards are responsible for their

15、ndard from ISO/TC 91, Surface active agents, of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has been taken over as a European Standard by the Technical Committee CEN/TC 276, Surface active agents. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publica

16、tion of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by February 1996, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by February 1996.
