Introduction During the drafting of ETSI harmonized standards the inclusion or not of parameters, in particular of those relating to receiver per
14、formance, has triggered very intense debates in the various ETSI Technical Bodies. So far it has been agreed that such an inclusion would be discussed on a case by case basis.
