The present document is part 1 of a multi-part deliverable covering Access and Terminals (AT); Analogue Access to Public Telephone Network; Advisory Notes to Standards Harmonizing Terminal Interface, as identified below: Part 1: Part 2: “List of all Advisor

At the date of the lst edition these Advisory Notes r
15、efer to the following standards: TBR015 i; TBR017 2; TBR021 3; EN 301 437 5 (“TBR 037“); TBR038 4. The present document shall not be understood as having relevance for regulatory purposes, neither should it be considered a means of defining requirements out of the scope of the earlier EU Directive 9
16、8/13/EEC, i.e. legislation justiSling e.g. TBR 021 3. The intention of the present document is, as far as possible, to keep the harmonized type of interfaces and facilitate the globalization of the use of such harmonizing standards. To reach this goal, it was found that an increase in the number of
17、requirements, while possibly enhancing the quality of service provided to some users, may rapidly result in an increase of the number of diverging options, decreasing then the advantages of a full harmonization. Additional performances may be specified in separate deliverables. ETSI 5 ETSI TR 103 00

General support was received from the members of ATAAB for DE 03 and therefore the production of a general AN was suggested. However, it would
