The present document describes the functionality of charging in GPRS needed to support t

35、he first phase of GPRS within the digital cellular telecommunications system. The contents of the present document are subject to continuing work within the TSG and may change following formal TSG approval. 38、wide range of voice and non-voice services in the same network. In order to enable operators the ability to provide a commercially viable service there is a need to provide charging functions. The present document describes the functionality of charging in GPRS needed to support the first phase of G
