Foreword This Technical Specification (TS) has been produced by ETSI Project Broadband Radio Access Networks (BRAN). ETSI ETSI TS 102 123 V1.2.1 (2004-
、05) 101 Scope The present document applies to the HIPERACCESS air interface with the specifications of radio conformance test of layer 1 (Radio conformance tests). HIPERACCESS is confined to only the radio subsystem consisting of the physical (PHY) layer and the DLC layer - which are both core netwo
、rk independent - and the core network specific convergence sub-layer. In order to ensure if the equipment built by different manufacturers from the PHY-perspective are interoperable and compliant with TS 101 999 1, standardized conformance test procedures for HA-PHY specifications on the mutual reco
、gnition within ETSI, shall be specified. However, for supporting these test procedures some basic functionalities from DLC layer 2 are required. The scope of the present document is as follows: It gives a description of the requirements for the radio conformance test suites. It specifies the test pr
、ocedure and the test condition limit in order to ensure the interoperability between equipment developed by different manufacturers. This is achieved by testing all signal processing structure in the transmitter and the reception sides including scrambling, channel coding, modulation, framing, power
、 control parameters and measurements to support the radio resource management. The present document covers basic RF aspects, including the radio frequency channel plans and those other parameters necessary for radio regulatory coexistence purposes. Some normative annexes are also included covering t
、he test sheet and the supplier declaration. 2 References The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of the present document.
