This document specifies the semantics and behaviour of management operations, support object classes, attributes and relations visible across the reference point in a protocol and technology neutral way. It does not define their syntax and encoding. This IRP allows

A SP that incorporates vendor-specific extensions shall support normal communication with a 3GPP SA5-compliant SC with r
