Chapters 401, 411, 413, 415, 417, 461. 200.1 Terms and definitions. Unless otherwise specifically stated, words and phrases other than those listed in th

2、is section have the meaning defined in the Statute. (a) Board or CAB means the Civil Aeronautics Board. (b) Department or DOT means the De-partment of Transportation. (c) Act means the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended. (d) Section refers to a section of the Statute or a section of the regula

3、tions in this chapter, as indicated by the context. The terms this section, pursu-ant to this section, in accordance with the provisions of this section, and words of similar import when used in this chap-ter refer to the section of this sub-chapter in which such terms appear. (e) Rule, regulation,

4、and order refer to the rules, regulations, and orders pre-scribed by the Board or the Depart-ment pursuant to the Statute. (f) Statute when used in this chapter means Subtitle VII of Title 49 of the United States Code (Transportation). (g) FAA means the Federal Aviation Administration, U.S. Departme

(a) Applications for certificates of public convenience and necessity under section 41102 of the Statute and for interstate all-cargo air transportation certificates u

10、nder section 41103 of the Statute shall meet the requirements set forth in part 302 of this chapter as to general requirements, execution, number of copies, service, and formal specifications of papers. (b) Any person desiring to provide air transportation as a commuter air car-rier must comply with

11、 the provisions of part 298 of this chapter and submit data to support a fitness determination in accordance with part 204 of this chapter. An executed original plus two (2) true copies of the fitness data shall be filed with DOT Dockets, 1200 New Jersey Avenue, SE., Washington, DC 205900002. Reques
