Under certain conditions of use, such as temperature elevations, a clear resin flush can plate ou

A clear resin flush is used just prior to loading paint to remove loose deposits, especially in the drops. Always verify with the paint supplier that the clear resin flushing materia

14、 the paint circulation tank (located in the Paint Hix Room). The tank cover should be clamped shut to insure proper venting. 5.0 OTHER INSTRUCTIONS: 5.1 When old or new booths and old or new lines are being reworked while other system sections must be kept operational for production, certain section
15、s of the paint circulation system may be isolated and cleaned separately according to this procedure. Up to three systems can be combined in series for this type of cleaning. A pump, a suitably sized reservoir are usually required to do this cleaning. New sections require a H99B18iA(F) flush only. 5
16、.2 5.3 Experience has shown that the cleaning process can be expedited by transferring the cleaning materials from clean system directly to dirty system tanks. MUJ260 (shown on manufacturing standard MlW200) is the recommended preservative for clean, inactive paint liner. Do not use clear resin as a

Water should be pumped into the system, circulated, and out by continually adding fresh water. Ths water flush is normally three times the system capacity. Check water until a neutral pH is attained.
